The guy in the drive thru didnt really care much about the situation, there was nothing he could do he said, even though I had a receipt in the app with an order number and a charge in my credit card. Everything else was ok. Just your app and not working fine, or maybe it wasnt the app. ”

I frequent this Carls Jr with persons served from BI and recently went in and Dominique already knew what the person I was with wanted to order she was super supportive to this person. And I really appreciated this. Most servers want you in and out and off to the next person and this Dominique is super patient with everyone I bring in there. ”
